Original products and solutions

From its inception, Endress+Hauser proved to be unusually innovative and a pioneer in electronic measurement technology. The company was founded in 1953 and has since convinced more and more customers with original products and solutions. Endress+Hauser sees itself as a companion to its industrial customers on the road to the digital future of measurement technology.

Endress+Hauser has five so-called Product Centers in Germany and Switzerland. These work closely together in terms of research and development, engineering, production, marketing and logistics. The core components for all global productions are also manufactured here. The measuring instruments are then assembled and tested in the company’s Brazilian, Chinese, French, Indian, Japanese, British and U.S. plants. Calibration of the devices for the respective market also takes place on site.

Endress + Hauser products are constantly being optimized

No matter which of the company’s plants you find yourself in, Endress+Hauser places great emphasis on the quality and continuous optimization of its products and services. To this end, the company relies on cooperation with reliable suppliers who apply the same quality assurance measures. The management of all Endress+Hauser sites is certified to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. Some sites are also certified to ISO 14001 as well as ISO 50001.

Endress+Hauser considers each of its products to be unique, as each product can be individually assembled from several thousand different components. In addition, there are a billion design variants. Manufacturing such personalized products requires the use of state-of-the-art automated production facilities that are constantly upgraded and meet the latest standards.

Before products are launched, their functionality is tested in a multivendor environment. This ensures that the measuring devices can be easily integrated into control and asset management systems. They also undergo further testing to ensure that each product has the appropriate certifications before release.

Endress+Hauser postulates an employee policy that values the individual employee. For example, employees can take part in a whole range of training and continuing education courses to gain further qualifications in relevant areas. In this way, the company also aims to boost employee motivation.
